Selected to Participate in 4G Venture Forum (“4GVF”)

Ubidyne CEO Michael Fränkle to Speak at Prestigious Verizon-backed Event

ULM, GERMANY, August 2, 2011 – Ubidyne, the leader in Antenna Embedded Radio™ technology for the wireless industry, announced today that the company was selected as one of the only start-ups focused on network equipment to be included in the 4G Venture Forum (“4GVF”) meeting that was held at Verizon’s recently-opened LTE Innovation Center in Waltham, Mass. on July 21.

The 4GVF initiative, driven by Verizon Wireless, brings together financial investment, product incubation and market validation for innovative products and services that will harness fourth generation (4G) wireless networks. Verizon Wireless along with Alcatel-Lucent and Ericsson, the primary network infrastructure providers for Verizon Wireless’ 4G LTE network, created the 4GVF with five select venture funds, to facilitate the identification and commercialization of next generation 4G-related technologies.
