Ubidyne Expands Global Investor Pool with Addition to Series B Funding
ULM, GERMANY and TEMPE, ARIZONA, August 5, 2008 -- Ubidyne, the leader in digital radio technology for the wireless industry announced today that it has expanded its global reach through a second closing on its Series B funding with the addition of CSK Venture Capital. The first closing was led by Doughty Hanson Technology Ventures, with the participation of Series A stockholders Accel Partners and TVM Capital and newcomer, BayTech Venture Capital.
Founded in 1991, CSK Venture Capital is one of the oldest and most established venture capital firms in Japan. The company has more than $200 million under management and has invested in over two hundred companies worldwide.
