GSMA Names Ubidyne Global Finalist at the Mobile Innovation Global Award Competition - Americas Tournament
ULM, GERMANY and TEMPE, ARIZONA, JUNE 9, 2008 -- Ubidyne, the leader in digital radio technology for the wireless industry, announced today that the GSM Association (GSMA) selected the company as a Global Finalist during the Americas leg of the 2009 Mobile Innovation Global Award Competition in Atlanta. Ubidyne will compete against other regional 'Global Finalists' for the prestigious title of the “2009 GSMA Mobile Innovation Global Award Champion” at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona next February.
Ubidyne was selected from a list of fifteen companies that were narrowed down to five semi-finalists by a panel of judges, comprised of leadership from operators, equipment vendors, and investors, at the Mobile Innovation Marketplace - Americas. Ubidyne is one of two finalists that will advance to the next leg of the competition.
