Ubidyne Prepares for Next Stage with New CFO
ULM, GERMANY, March 2, 2010 -- Ubidyne, the leader in dynamic antenna embedded digital radio technology for the wireless industry, announced today that the company has further strengthened its management team with the addition of Param Singh as Chief Financial Officer.
Param is a successful finance and operations executive with extensive experience in the technology industry with both Fortune 100 and high growth, VC backed companies. Prior to joining Ubidyne, Param was COO and CFO at Jentro Technologies where he was responsible for all operations of the company and led the restructuring to significantly improve both top and bottom line performance. He also played a major role in securing VC funding for the company. Previously, Param served as Vice President of Finance and Strategy for Destinator Technologies (sold to Intrinsyc Software, listed on TSX) where he was responsible for the financial operations, strategic planning, commercial and corporate development of the company. During his time at Destinator, he was instrumental in raising more than $22 million in funding and in setting up the company for trade sale. In the past, Param also worked as strategy consultant and senior executive at IBM, Hewlett-Packard (EMEA), SAB Infotech and Career Solutions Inc. Param has a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and an MBA in International Management and Strategy from Stuttgart Institute of Management and Technology in Germany.
