The Next Generation Mobile Network (NGMN) Alliance currently consists of 50 world leading global network operators, technology vendors and universities. The network operators represent more than half of all mobile phone users worldwide and technology vendors represent more than 90 percent of implemented mobile wireless infrastructure. The key objective of the Alliance is to provide a platform for innovation for mobile broadband communications that enables an exceptional mobile user experience - cost-effective and user-friendly services and a range of end user devices like mobile phones and embedded mobile devices for laptops, consumer electronics, game consoles, etc. The NGMN White Paper summarises the vision for mobile broadband communications and includes common operator recommendations as well as requirements for the standards for the next generation of mobile broadband networks, devices and services.

Our company is pleased to be a member of Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA). GSA is the voice of the global fabless business model. Incorporated in 1994, GSA positively impacts the growth and return on invested capital of this business model to enhance the environment for innovation. It provides a platform for meaningful global collaboration between fabless companies and their partners; provides timely research and resources; and identifies, debates, and discusses business and technical issues. Members include fabless companies and their supply chain and service partners, representing more than 21 countries across the globe.

The Open Base Station Architecture Initiative (OBSAI) is a forum of over 140 telecommunications companies - spanning, module, component and base station vendor activity. Together they have created open internal interface specifications covering base station architectures and modules encompasing all major air interface standards: GSM-EDGE, W-CDMA, CDMA2000, WiMAX and LTE.

The GSMA is the global trade association representing more than 740 GSM mobile operator Members across 219 countries and territories of the world. In addition, over 210 Associate Members (manufacturers and suppliers) support the Association’s initiatives as key partners.
